This is a good app. Its very useful and seems accurate. From general noise (60db) to my Motorbike passing its MOT noise limit (94db). Even clocked rock bands playing at 120!!.. Great and all who have seen it have been well impressed. Great app. Thank u so much.

20db off. Always high compared to a dedicated db meter....useless

I work with sound for a living and always had to carry around a huge meter. This app allows me to detect sound levels as accurately as a phone can. Works just as intended.

I like this app because it can be used with only my phone and no extra peripherals. It makes it easy to gauge sound levels when Im in areas that are too small for traditional equipment, such as planes or cars.

Probably very useful for anyone working with sound or concerned about their hearing safety. Works well, measures the sound nicely in a simple to read meter and seems to be accurate. Id recommend it to people who need it, its definitely worth it.

Its nice to be able to gauge sound around you with no extra equipment. Bringing nothing from my studio or lugging around heavy things. Just bust out my phone and start the app. Its simple and does what it does well.

This is an awesome app. I can quickly and accurately measure sound level. The interface is intelligently designed, very easy to use. This app is simply outstanding in all ways. I absolutely love it!

Dont waste your money. Put it in a closet where there was zero sound and it was measuring 34 DBA?? If thats were it starts it cannot be accurate at any other level.

As an industrial engineer who focuses on human factors and ergonomics, I find this extremely helpful for the workplace. This is not a professional instrument as it uses your microphone from your iPhone. However, I do find it reliable and acceptable to rate general environments. Its an eye opener! Or better yet an ear opener.

It spikes high a little too easily but should be fine for measuring my tone db lvl from my guitar amp.

Decibel 10th is free and better than this app.

This thing will say 120 db in a venue where we rarely hit 90. Maybe it was designed for a plug-in mic, but for the iPhone 6s mic its pretty useless.

It helps me a lot. I like the simple interface and it runs well on my phone. It can detect the Db accurately. Thanks for the developing team!
